In the heart of Cape Coral, Villa Cozy Flamingo welcomes guests who are looking for a modern, conveniently located vacation home. The villa features large, sunlit interiors and pleases the eye with elegant furniture, wood decor and paintings that give every room a personal touch.

Up to 6 persons will find plenty of space in the villa´s 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, TV and access to the pool area. Right next to it, you will find the master bathroom – a true oasis with double sink, spacious walk-in shower and bathtub. From the second bathroom, guests can also directly enter the pool area.

The living area features an extra-large couch with glass table and a flat-screen TV. There is also a desk with reading light, and in the utility room, you can wash and dry your clothes.

The villa´s kitchen is equipped with everything hobby chefs could wish for – including oven, stove plates, microwave, refrigerator with ice machine, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. Multiple guests can gather round the kitchen isle to prepare meals, and there is enough cutlery and plates for your whole family. Thanks to two dining tables, you can decide whether you want to enjoy your meal inside or outside.

Only a glass door separates the living area from the lanai. Here, you can swim in the heatable pool at any time of day while enjoying the view of Cape Coral´s canal. Children will love to play in the shallow pool section, and the villa´s jacuzzi is a perfect place to relax. Four sunbeds and a lounge area also grace the lanai – just like the barbecue grill that you are welcome to use.

The Villa Cozy Flamingo is perfectly located if you want to go shopping and take daytrips. In just 5 minutes, you can drive to the supermarkets Publix and Walmart. Cape Coral Parkway with its international restaurants is only 5 miles away, and further to the north, the slides at Sun Splash Family Waterpark offer exciting fun for the whole family.

You want to rent a boat during your vacation? Perfect! We have the right deal for you: All customers renting a vacation home at our website will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail. This coupon can then be redeemed at our boat rental. The minimum rental period for most of our boats is 1 day, but of course, long-term rentals are no problem, either. Our pickup point is located only 5 minutes away from open waters. You want to have the boat delivered to your vacation home? This is also possible for rental periods of 2 days or more.

HOUSERULES / FAQ

Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com

Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15 ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2-4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40-$60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.

BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.

Cancelation fee: Guests who cancel more than 60 days before check-in will receive a 95% refund of all payments made. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.

Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.

Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
