Great house with a great location - just a stone throw away to the beach
We had a great stay at villa Mandurah! The house was clean and well taken care of and the check-in process was very smooth and easy. You can sit in the sun all day around the house on one of the 4 terraces and can walk to the beach in a few minutes for great waves. We would love to stay in the house again and definitely recommend it.

Beautiful stay
As every year our stay was amazing, great location, surf school next door, large garden and 5 min to the beach. The house is spacious and very well equipped, perfect for a family stay. The host is very friendly and responsive and check-in was also super easy. We can only recommend.

Merveilleux séjour en famille !
Maison presque sur la plage , très lumineuse, accueillante et très agréable à vivre ! La cuisine est spacieuse et pratique. La maison est intelligemment conçue pour pouvoir prendre tous ses repas dehors , en fonction du soleil . Les explications de Théo sont claires , avons passé 15 jours extra en famille ! Belle semaine dans cette villa !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa parfaitement équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la décoration, les volumes disponibles, les équipements et la situation très calme ( c’était en juin). Proche du centre ville et de l’océan, tout était parfait…..déjà l’envie de revenir! Et le relationnel avec Théo très fluide. Dominique et Béatrice

Perfect for enjoying the beach
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very spacious, clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed cooking and grilling as a family. The short distance to the beach and a great surf school across the street were very convenient. We will for sure come back.

Villa très agréable
Villa très bien située à proximité des plages de la Piste et de Santocha. Tout le confort est au rendez-vous, de la literie aux terrasses en passant par une cuisine super équipée.

Très belle maison fonctionnelle et très bien située
Maison conforme à l’annonce, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, agréable et décorée avec goût. La sono sur la terrasse er le barbecue à gaz sont un pur bonheur pour les soirées bbq. Très bien située à proximité de la plage et non loin des commerces de centre ville, dont le fameux marché des pêcheurs. Cerise sur le gâteau : la bouteille de vin offerte, généralement de qualité médiocre était excellente, et locale. Service efficace.

Beautiful house near the beaches
Our second stay in this beautiful house near the Capbreton beaches was just as great as the first. A very well organized local team makes checking in and out as easy as can be.

Wonderful place to be!
We had a great time at Villa Mandurah! Wonderful location in area „les dunes“, well equipped, comfortable and cosy. We had rental bikes for 5 minutes drive to a great bakery and to the Restaurants in the evening. On the opposite site Surfschhool Alizé Arnaud is also highly recommended. Thank you Theo&Sally for your assistance upfront and Maarten for check in and service on site! Gladly again!

Emplacement de rêve, une maison extrêmement bien équipée et un service irréprochable
J’ai adoré jouer de la guitare sur le balcon face aux dunes au coucher du soleil, marcher sur la plage déserte le matin, surfer avec l’école de surf en face de la maison, manger les incroyables glaces de Xampi, jouer dans les vagues avec mes enfants et prendre une douche chaude en extérieure après la baignade. La maison est lumineuse, ouverte et très bien équipée : serviettes de plage, bodyboard, instruments de cuisine...

Excellent quiet house at the beach
We, a family of five, had a very pleasant stay mid October in this very beautiful and clean (!!) house. Plenty of room, with nicely furnished rooms with cool and tasteful decoration, and equipped with everything, including towels and bed clothes. The beach is only 200m away. Nice cool garden, outside shower with hot water to shower after surfing, though it was mostly to cold to fully profit from all verandas and patios. There is a parking inside the premises, but it is a tiny bit challenging to get in with large car :) (and there is plenty of room in front to park there, too). We really loved our time there ! Organisation was effortless, with Maarten in capbreton being well available and kindly organising our arrival and easy departure.

Pour les amoureux de l'Océan
La maison est vraiment à la hauteur de l'annonce. Pour les amoureux de l'Océan c'est une adresse parfaite. Se réveiller le matin et aller voir les vagues en deux minutes à pieds... le rêve. Il y a des chances que nous revenions 😉🤙🏄🏾‍♂️

Feels like home
The house is perfect. The interior was chosen with a lot of taste and is practical too. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Bedrooms are very cosy with even the right books in the shelf. Very close to the beach. Nice garden. A perfect house for a perfect holiday. We would like to move in!

Great, modern house near the ocean
We loved to house, its decorations and equipments. The owner was most friendly and supportive before and during our stay. The ocean and an excellent surf school by Alizé Arbaud were very close. We would love to return.
