The nature around the villa is beautiful and is characterized by vineyards and olive groves. In the same area are the beautiful, ancient "Ville Lucchese"; aristocratic family's impressive summer residences, which are now open to the public. Some are still inhabited so that only the park can be visited while others work as a museum.

It is easy to get to the house which is located a bit on the outskirts of the village and before the road starts climbing uphill. The villa is surrounded by a 1000 m2 large, flat and very child friendly garden, completely fenced. In the garden next to lives the helpful owner.

The 7 x 14 mt swimming pool with a varying depth from 1.20 to 2.30 mt. is located about 30 meters from the house. The swimming pool is completely private and is not shared with anyone. Around there are comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas and there is a small Jacuzzi tub which can be used max 1 hour per day without payment. Children in or around the pool must be looked after.
To reach the pool, you have to walk out of the fenced garden and cross a small road. This makes the place extremely child-friendly because the children can play in the garden without the risk that they will approach the pool.

Vivi is very spacious and bright. It is divided as follows:
Large entrance hall, a bathroom with shower, along three steps you come down to the living room with sofa and TV, a large well equipped kitchen with dining area and fireplace (gas stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, American coffee maker, toaster). A dining room with large windows facing the garden.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms and a storage room.
Direct access to a large furnished terrace, perfect for outdoor dining at all times of the day since it is covered. Barbeque available.
