Beautiful property with amazing condos, but it is kind of misleading, calling it an all inclusive. It is clearly a condo development that is transitioning into an all inclusive,. There are several restaurants throughout the property, but only the buffet and an outdoor dining area by the pool with a rotating menu are included as food. We did not mind at all though, because we got a great deal on the room and the restaurants we tried were amazing. The buffet was great every morning and we had it once at dinner and it was awesome. STAFF EAS TOP LEVEL!! Front Desk- Neury was extremely helpful every day! Jhoan, Natanael & Edwin were also very professional & courteous Bartenders- Felix & Maria were amazing at pool bar Alfredo & Duracell were both always helpful I am professional. So if you have an open mind, and you get a good rate per night, so you can try a couple of the restaurants, I would highly recommend sports illustrated. I definitely want to come back in a year or two and see how it has progressed. I have a feeling it’s going to be something extremely special in the Cap Cana area !!!

Just to clear some misunderstandings, our hotel is inside of a condominium, but we are two separate entity's. Our hotel has 5 restaurants that are part of the All Inclusive Package, The Dugout (Our Main Buffet), Bambinos (Italian Food A-la-carte), Don German (Cuban Food A-la-Carte), Don Mario Miranda( Mexican Rodizio A-la-carte), also our Pool Bar and Grill (Open for Snacks) and our Juanillo Beach Club (Food and Drinks). Don’t listen to other reviews, people sometimes think they kings in another country. This is great hotel and the people who work there are excellent, special thx to Ismael who treated us extremely good. The food is good and your staying in the most seguro place in Punta cana which is cap Cana. I event lost my wallet there and they secure it. I’ll give 20 stars if I could. Gracias a todos.

The place is very unique, creative but I didn’t like the fact that the beach is 10 minutes ride from the hotel. I don’t think you get that information from the website. It is very inconvenient. The service at the beach is VERY slow.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue excepcional. Desde el momento en que ingresé, el personal fue amable y profesional, brindando un servicio impecable. Las instalaciones eran modernas y limpias, y la habitación era muy cómoda, espaciosa y bien equipada. El restaurante del hotel ofrecía una deliciosa variedad de platos, y el desayuno buffet era abundante. La ubicación frente a la marina Cap cana ofrece una vista sin igual. En resumen, mi experiencia fue positiva y definitivamente recomendaría este hotel a otros viajeros.

The property is “dated”. Dirt build up in between the baseboard and floor. To require guest to pay an all inclusive charge at this stage of the renovation of the property. The property has a lot of potential. I can see this being a place to be in two to three years. The website representation is Misleading.

Lo voy a decir de forma corta: “No vuelvo”! Las facilidades del hotel existen pero no se usan a su máximo provecho. Las amenidades son un desastre. Y la transportación para llegar tanto para poder salir ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido nunca. La joven(Aracelys)que nos atendió el primer día, nos indicó que para la el día de salida estuviéramos a las 7:00 AM listos para irnos ya que nuestro avión salía a las 9:30AM y que el transporte estaría a esa hora. Nos presentamos a las 6:45 y, pasadas las 7:00 nada sucedía. Al preguntar a un joven que estaba en el counter y, luego de muchas preguntas al fin pudo decirnos que nuestra transporte era para las 9:30!!! Y, él sin ninguna preocupación por resolver la situación. Sólo repetía lo mismo! Allí estaba otra pareja que también tenían el mismo problema y su avión hacía escala y ya habían pagado el transporte pero, según el joven(creo que se llama Oscar) le decía que tenían que pagar por el mismo aún cuando ya habían pagado!! Un verdadero desastre. El nos decía “es que ustedes son de Ambassador”???? Primera vez que escuché que “nosotros éramos de Ambassador”? Qué importa si soy de este u otro plan, todos somos clientes del Sports Illustrated y lo demás son cuestiones ADMINISTRATIVAS INTERNAS que deben ser transparentes para nosotros. Y fuera de esto, cuando llegamos el baño estaba sucio. Las amenidades son casi inexistentes. Tiene potencial pero realmente ni me interesa si resolverán o no las situaciones antes mencionadas.

En general es un buen hotel, el staff siempre estuvo dispuesto con muy buena actitud para solucionar cualquier inquietud e imprevisto que se hubiera presentado.Bonitas instalaciones, variada comida, la playa cerca al hotel es muy agradable y la visitan por lo general personas exclusivas de la zona . Prestarle más atención al Wi-Fi dentro del hotel ya que es deficiente .
