'no breakfast or only late due to several useless excuses. Only one towel and has to ask for fresh one.
Lights, plugs on un-logic locations.
No proper bed sheets.
Building still under construction.
Maybe good place for tourists not for business people.'

'Very attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast meal is just ok but much better during the weekend when it switches to a buffet. Location is good with some decent restaurants and coffee shops if you are willing to walk the area as I did. Sleeping can be a hastle sometimes. Not only will you hear the planes at the airport, some of the neighbors have roosters.'

'Let’s start by saying the property that I booked in the picture and listing is not what I was given. After attempting to find check in instructions and calling the host, we were told the unit isn’t available they have been having issues with the unit. If a host is having issues why advertise. The host said they had a unit that was similar at another property and would accommodate us. We were moved to a studio at Harmonia that was extremely smaller, there was no couch and seating area like the...

'The room was clean, but the bed was so hard. There was a lot of traffic in and out of the hotel. People were hanging out outside of the entrance. Some very shady looking people were in and out. I would not recommend this hotel.'

'Shower missed one door and the water didn’t drain well. After 1 minute, the water overflowed into the bathroom. We just had to do with the remark, we cant fix it now and you can use the other bathroom. The bedsheets in the master bedroom were dirty. Check-in supposed to be possible from 13:00 but when we arrived at 15:00 we still had to wait 15 minutes because they were cleaning the room. Getting an extra towel was not possible.
Very disappointing experience !'

'Becky was so lovely and very supportive. So far this is the best experience I’ve ever had traveling around the globe. Becky made me feel so special. Anytime I need to ask for something, she’s always available for me. The room cleaners were so polite, friendly and lovely. I will choose this place million times. Becky and her team are the best. The security guys also gave an excellent and exceptional service. These guys would not even allow me to carry my own stuff. They always carry my stuff to...
