Located just behind the Croisette, this modern and fully equipped apartment is the perfect base for a business trip or a family vacation. Just a few steps from the beaches and only a 10 minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and Cannes train station, it offers 77 m² of comfortable living space. Bed linen and towels are provided to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

DEPOSIT : 500 € by card before check-in.
