Yes, the hot tub and swimming pool were good. The suite was fully equipped, but cleanliness was poor. When I wiped the dining table with a tissue, it came away black. On the last day, I tried to use the mixer, and it was extremely dirty, with vegetable scraps stuck to the glass—unbelievable. It’s a nice suite, but it’s uncomfortable to feel like you have to clean everything before using it. The bed and sofa bed are outdated, and the mattresses are worn out and uncomfortable. The bed felt uneven—higher at the foot and softer at the head. On the day we arrived, we couldn’t apply the discount coupon for parking, and there was no one available to help until the next day at 10 a.m. It seems staff are only available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. We had to either pay for expensive daily parking or leave the car outside. The suite is beautiful, but there were too many issues—especially with cleanliness. The bed was very uncomfortable, more like something you’d find in a cheap motel.

Parking was inside and underground. I felt safe and it was nice to be out of the weather The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but I didn't do much cooking. The place was mostly clean, but it looked like the bedroom tables had not been dusted in weeks, that was a bit of a put off.

Great place to stay, handy to all the essentials!

Cozy, nice suite with fireplace and nice kitchen. Enjoyed having the balcony and all the essentials. The dishwasher was still full of dishes upon arrival, would have been handy to have a dish cloth, and a tea towel in the kitchen. The elevator was out of service at the time,maybe a notification before arrival would be handy. And also letting us know that the pool and hot tub area is in a seperate area of the condo building, that needs to be accessed via going through the parking garage. Not super handy..Overall, a great handy location, in a nice area of condos, at a reasonable price!

Inaccurate listing and maintainace issues

The listing states, a gas fireplace when there is no gas fireplace. Instead, you will find two 'decorative' fireplaces. These fireplaces have no fire and only simulate a gas fireplace, and therefore do not produce any heat. The guide book itself states the fireplaces are decorative. Both fireplaces work with individual remotes that on first click will enable the decorative lights, and the next click enables a fan (blowing cold air). Unfortunately, the living area fireplace does not light, but the fan will run after a second click. We also found the chandelier lights don't work as they have LED lights on a dimmer switch (this will never work). You can also expect to pay a hefty cleaning fee, while you are also expected to take out your own trash. Perhaps I'm a bit nit-picky but the arrival guide states access to the hot tub and pool requires a access card from reception. No map is provided of the compound (there are several buildings) and signage is limited, so finding the reception, is an adventure. At reception, we learned that the card system is no more and that we can simply use our room access codes to access the pool. This did not work, and after another trip to reception we were provided temporary codes that did. The pool and tub are decent, and fairly clean. Otherwise, the room was nice with a comfy bed, lighting was poor particularly in the bedroom, while the furniture was slightly worn throughout.

A home away from home

We had a very relaxing 4 days in this clean, well planned out, and comfortable rental. There was everything you would need in the kitchen ,especially, to cook meals in and the bathroom had a nice set up to set out all our essentials and if you forgot your shower essentials, they supplied them for you. We did not use the pool/hot tub area so we cannot comment on that. We are planning on renting this property again in the future, so yes we recommend this property.

Clean and spacious

We enjoyed our stay at Aurora 225. The unit was clean and spacious. There was ample underground parking available. Location was easily accessible to/from the highway. Communication was easy and check-in process was well explained.
