'When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay. The staff's reaction...

'erg vriendelijk en beleefd personeel ,wie maakte de fout bij reserveringen mijn reservering( december 2013 geboekt) was gewoon niet doorgevoerd wat inhield dat ik toen ik aankwam er problemen waren bij mijn kamer die er op dat moment niet was waardoor er toch wel enige irritatie was. plus ook het feit dat ondanks dat ik een transfer had door gegeven via e-mail deze niet ter plaatse was ivm met verwisseling van naam '

'Super friendly staff, my room was ready early so I could check in straight away. The staff will sort anything out for you. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Excellent value for money.'

'Good place to stay, very clean property. Me and my wife really liked the fact that everything was at walking distance from the hotel, from places to eat to Candolim beach. Things to improve - well the breakfast spread can be much better, & the house-keeping service can be a little more active coz there were instances where they'd forget what we'd requested for. Otherwise, a property worth considering.'

'This hotel is a family hotel. We went there in a local holiday period. There were a lot of Indians staying in this hotel. Very crowded and noisy. There was a power problem going on. The staff told us that due of the bad weather this problem occurred. Even when it was Sunny the power was off like 6 times in an hour. We had an arrangement at the spa and that was excellent.
