'We've been to cancun 4 times in the last 2 years,and this was by far our worst experience This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is xtremely run down and outdated and is in need of major renovations. The A/C in our room barely worked, making the room uncomfortable. 'This hotel is small (one cafe, one buffet spot, one restaurant). One, dual level pool with a bar (nice bartenders who made weak drinks). The room was large, but space was not used efficiently. The food was horrible (which, I suppose, is great if your plan is NOT to eat). The staff was always busy because they were understaffed; I almost felt bad asking for service since they looked overworked. The elevators were small (4 people max posted), and rusty.
