And, of course, the location is unbeatable due to the complex's access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun, where you can relax all day long!

The kitchenette has a full-size fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave - no dishwasher or oven.
The shared pool is open from 8 AM to 8 PM daily.
For security purposes and access to the complex, this resort requires identification for all guests 18+ years, as well as names and ages of guests 17 and under, 48 hours prior to check-in.

The room wasn’t available. They didn’t even know we were coming. Vacasa used your website for the booking. This company is the worst company I have ever delt with the should be banned from using your website. They are only making VRBO look bad.

Booked and paid through the Expedia app. Was then informed by the agent that the apartment wasn’t available as the owners were selling it. 2 working weeks later, I still don’t have my money back. Agent doesn’t respond to emails. Have informed Expedia by their chat line but they haven’t resolved it. Terrible experience.

Could talk about some issues, but it’s not worth mentioning. The property manager was excellent and professional. Took care of some little details I had immediately. The pool was very spacious and accommodating. Will definitely go back. Very quiet and relaxing. The security was the best.

Beautiful Stay

The condo was lovely, with a very nice view of the water. There were no bedroom curtains, which did force us to keep the hurricane shutters closed for privacy, which was a drawback. The bedroom air conditioner was very good and overall the unit felt very clean. There was a recurring issue with ants in the unit that was manageable, but a little frustrating. The unit could benefit from a door sweep on the front door to mitigate any outdoor pests coming in, as the gap is quite large.We really enjoyed the tacos at the convenient shop on the property, just steps from the unit. They also prepare breakfast food and sell drinks, snacks and other convenience items. Thank you Ary for your communication and assistance. You were terrific!!!Recommendation: if you want guests to visit, ensure to include them on the reservation when booking.

A wonderful little retreat, close to the beach and away from the bustle of downtown Cancun

Although the property is somewhat dated, it was clean and the check in process was easy. The gated security gave me peace of mind, until I ordered groceries and had to proceed to the gate to pick them up myself. There were some issues with the apartment that I passed on to the manager and was sure they would be rectified. The proximity to the pool on the beach was wonderful. If you’re looking for swim bars, parties, loud music this is not the place. Much more suited to the older generation, such as myself.

Quiet location

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet area of Cancún. You could walk to a supermarket and a couple of restaurants or jump on the R2 bus to downtown. The beach is literally a minute walk away, you can see the ocean from the patio but it's not ocean front (there are a few condos in front of this condo). It had everything we needed, a kitchen area, outdoor seating area lot's of hot water and AC. We used this condo as a base really, we were out mostly sight seeing or relaxing on the beach. We always felt safe and the people were very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was great for what we needed, it was 2 of us staying there for a week and it was quite comfortable. Very spacious with comfortable amenities! Was super close to the beach and the pool area was very nice! The beach area isn’t amazing since there’s not a lot of beach chairs to use but it was private and the ocean was there so good enough. The only bad things I’ll mention about the apartment is that it had some ants trailing in some days that we had to get under control using raid but then they were gone, and it had some other bugs that maybe were normal for the area. We tried to keep everything clean to keep ants away. And the apartment could’ve had some salt or scissors but it did have a lot of other kitchen tools that you could need. Overall I would stay here again for sure.

Decent location

The good : Great pool and beach, love that they provide beach towels. Plenty of chairs/umbrellas at pool and beach. Convenience store on property good for quick breakfast or lunch items. Nice sitting on patio with view and some grass. The bad: Lockbox and front door were horrible!! Very hard to turn key even after maintenance came. Leaky bath faucet with bucket underneath (smells) Bed was terribly hard. I literally could NOT sleep!! Took cushions off patio furniture and piled 2 comforters on bed. Not much in way of restaurants nearby for walking. Have to take bus ( which was easy) or have a car. Overall could use a little TLC. My husband fixed the broken tube in coffee maker and the kitchen sink that splashed all over us!! The A/C was great. They did provide plenty of drinking water!!
