Designed for your comfort, this refuge has a kingsize bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, two full bathrooms, a terrace to enjoy sunsets, and a comfortable and modern design.

Located on a main avenue, you have access to all urban conveniences just a few steps away.

Important note: There is temporarily adjoining construction that may generate noise during the day.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms are modern and functional.

The small terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the incredible views while having a coffee or reading a book.

This place is also a house for us, so we have personal things in the closet with a key. We ask you not to open them and use only the available spaces. Thank you !

Despite the advantages of being on a main avenue, it is important to mention that there can be noise due to traffic and construction in the area and in the adjoining building. Prices and cancellation policies reflect this situation.

The place does not include laundry service. However, in the main parking lot of the plaza, in the middle spaces, you will find a nearby laundry where you can do your laundry.

RULES:
❌. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condo.
❌. No parties or noise are allowed between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., so as not to disturb the neighbors.
❌. The pool cannot be used in casual clothing. Pool hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and a bathing suit is mandatory.
❌. Food, glass containers, cigarettes and balloons are not allowed in the pool area.
❌. Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies or on the terrace.
❌. Pets are not accepted.
❌. No smoking inside the property.
❌. Do not exceed the speed limit of 10 km/h in the condominium or parking lots.
❌. Do not consume ⚠️ illegal substances.
❌. Do not litter or leave outside the apartment.
❌. Do not throw toilet paper or any object in the WC. Deposit it in the trash can.
❌. Do not use ❄️ air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.

✔️. Take care of the water in the shower and toilet. Let us know if you see any leaks.
✔️. Respect staff and neighbors.
✔️. The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
* For each rule that is not complied with, we have the right to charge a penalty of $50 US, for the 1st rule not complied with, for the 2nd rule $60 US, for the 3rd rule $70 US and so on.

Loss of towel or access card, has a cost of $30 US each.
