Two of them share a functional shower room, while the third benefits from its own private shower room. Two toilets are available in the house, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

The studio has a completely independent entrance from the outside, and both accommodations benefit from separate outdoor spaces with no overlooking, ensuring privacy and peace. Although access to the studio also exists from the house, a double door ensures very good sound insulation.
