It's important to note that another group may be renting the other unit however we have dedicated two completely separate outdoor hang out spaces for each of the two units to maintain privacy and respect. We have had zero issues in this department and just ask for everyone to communicate if there ever is any issue whatsoever, most importantly send me a message or give me a quick call first! When renting this unit you will have to climb stairs to enter. The deck is brand new and this unit has the best view the property offers of the water from the front door!

Please no food or drink in the bedrooms, guests will be liable to compensate the host for any stains.
It is self-check-in and out with a smart code that will be given a few days before your booking. Guests are required to lock all windows and doors before they depart.
Pets must be approved before entering the home. If pets are brought in without consent from the host there will be a $250 fine and depending on the circumstances all guests may be removed from the property without a refund.
