"A good and quiet appartment with the necessary needs. Its a big building with 60 floors and around 60 appartments per floor so it can be a little loud in the hallway. Depends on the neighbours. Some of the items in the room need to be fixed. I shared that with the owner who will take care of it. The residence looks clean and the staff is polite and friendly. The elevator is a little warm because there is no airco inside I guess. The swimming pool is nice but more for kids because it is mostly undeep water. The environment around the pool looks pretty by the way. I didnt pay for the fee (150 pesos per day) which I think is the reason most people don't come there. In general a good place to stay. The location is great and next too a mall, supermarket and restaurants. Also nearby many sightseeing places in Manila, you can reach by walk or taxi (which is cheap in The Philippines). The traffic around the building is crowded but acceptable. On a higher floor you dont hear it so much in the room. It didnt bothered me anyway. The check in and out is different than normal but not difficult if you follow the instructions you get by email or in the chat. Everyone is helpfull and friendly. If i come back to the Philippines I might consider to stay at The Air Residences again. Thanks for a good vacation!"
