'Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!'

We had booked the Montepulciano 2 bedroom suite, but were delighted to be told on arrival that we'd been upgraded to the best villa on resort(!), Villa Nobile. This included a private pool and hot tub, all with fantastic views across the Tuscan countryside. The accommodation was v high standard and extremely luxurious. The service was fantastic, especially Natalia on arrival. If you're visiting on a Friday, then recommend joining the bbq...great food and...

'Dit Hotel is echt heel leuk, de ontvangst was hartverwarmend. Inchecken ging top en de eigenaresse was behulpzaam en enthousiast over van alles aan het vertellen. Prachtig gelegen zwembad, was voor mijzelf een beetje te koud. Het eten in het restaurant is geweldig. Een echte aanrader dus. Ontbijt ondanks Covid maatregelen prima geregeld. '

It's a magnificent 17th-century mansion, beautifully renovated and ideally located in To scan. The staff were delightful both in welcoming us and throughout our stay.
