'Room cleanliness was sub-par for a hotel of this calibre. I’ve had numerous black hair in the shower and several areas had a serious dust accumulation. '

'This hotel was such a great stay! The bed was comfortable, we booked a suite with the bathtub and the room was spacious and just beautiful. The customer service was top tier, and the location was perfect. Very easy to book an Uber to any location and there were many dinner options just downstairs.'

'The Grace was a lovely historical place to stay. Comfy bed & good room, very handy to everything in the middle of the city. Only downside is no Foxtel TV. Would definitely stay there again.'

'Great location, let down by poorly maintained and dirty room. Mould in the bathroom, un-vacuumed rug, dirty dishwasher, shower handle falling off, etc. The bathroom was also comically small given it was a two bedroom suite.'

'Be aware of staying on upper floors. We paid for an upgrade for higher floor, unaware there was a function on that resulted in loud music until after 12:30 pm. Hotel management indifferent to the complaint.'

'Rooms are a bit small even for the upgraded room but the balcony over looking Darling Harbour was huge. Amenities were excellent and the rooms are all sound proof so no excessive noise from elsewhere. Received an email after booking telling me the Parking off site was $60. Overall enjoyed the stay.'
