'Front desk associate on Monday morning is a complete fail. Don’t stay there if you need an hour late check out. I have arranged 12pm checkout 3 separate times as I have 11am conference call and travel to Manchester for business. I have been told no issues for the hour late check out. While on my conference call front desk has called the in room phone telling me check out is at 11 am and they are charging me additional fees. I have had to put my conference call on hold and deal with front desk...

'Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...

'We had a brief but great experience. The staff was super friendly, the food and coffee were delicious and it was a perfect location and visit for the campus. The place is wonderfully decorated with amazing touches from the paintings to the rugs. It brought out a lot of Husky Pride. Thank you'

'I didn’t realize the hotel was under construction and the room options were slim. The staff was nice and attempted to accommodate for the inconvenience. It wasn’t really much they could. Renovation is always a good thing. '

'the room was fine especially for the price. the guy who checked us in was horrible. I stood at the desk for a while waiting for him to acknowledge me and he never did. I finally had to ask him if he was the one who could check me in. it was very late just after midnight when we arrived. but he was not welcoming at all. We had to ask for more coffee on several occasions, and it took them at least half an hour to bring more coffee. But overall, our stay was nice. I would stay here again. '

'Property is fine but nobody was working when we arrived at 10:30am. Also was a carbon monoxide issue and we were evacuated at 1am and apparently they had the same issue the night before'
