'An Amazing stay in a great hotel with very professional and friendly staff. We stayed during national blackout day and the staff was unbelievable reactive by organising a free of charge bbq for all the guests. Never experienced that up to now. Rooms were clean as really nice. Pool was not heated but at a nice temperature that allowed to swim and relax a real 5 star hotel level'

'Super locatie met alles binnen handbereik. Alles is modern, netjes en in zeer goede staat. Smaakvolle inrichting. Perfect uitzicht vanaf het terras met zwembad en ligstoelen. Zwembad is wel klein. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Schone kamers van alle gemakken voorzien, al is er geen waterkoker voor thee of een koffiemachine op de kamer. Wel gratis flessen water. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. '

'We stayed four nights during our vacation. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. There is a big mall across the street. Within walking distance, there are many restaurants. It's also right next to the metro station, which will take you to the city center in about 20 mins. The room is clean. The indoor swimming pool is very nice, we used it everyday. It's definitely the highlight. One improvement point is that in the changing area of the swimming pool, we could really use more hooks for...

'Mooie kamer, schoon, rustige omgeving ,vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Diverse eet gelegenheden in de omgeving Ontbijt erg lekker en vers. Lange ontbijt mogelijkheid tot 12.00 uur, happy hour tot 21.00 uur. Dit maakt het hotel anders dan de anderen. Wij zullen zeker terug komen.'

'Nice staff, excellent location next to the airport, nice big room, good restaurant and cafe, and even a pool of you want it. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very good, but the so-called "orange juice" was some sugary concoction that tasted like non-carbonated fanta. Any decent hotel should have freshly squeezed orange juice'

'Nossa estadia no Once Upon Lisboa foi incrível. Deixo muitos elogios a toda staff do hotel. Chegamos um pouco antes do nosso check-in e o recepcionista Pedro já liberou o nosso quarto. A estrutura é nova e de ótima localização. Eu e minha noiva não vemos a hora de voltar a Lisboa para ficarmos no Once novamente.'
