I really liked how cute the place was and the property is well taken care of.
Joe was very friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff was slow to respond or rude. My code to the cabin did not work and I had to wait nearly 15 minutes to get in. I found underwear between the fireplace and ottoman, the AC only cools to a certain temp and the window unit wasnât working. We had to contact Joe to bring an extension cord because that specific outlet wasnât working properly. The Wi-Fi network and password I was provided with was incorrect. We could never figure out how to turn on the kitchen lights. There was no hand soap or dish soap in the dispensers in the kitchen. There was no body wash in the dispenser in the shower. The smoke detector started beeping at 3 am the first night, causing us to awaken until we found a step ladder.
I understand their housekeeper quit the day we checked in, but there were way too many issues for the amount of money I spent. I would consider this place again though because itâs in a nice area and pretty clean.
