  • Enjoy the open floor plan, that offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two large deck areas to enjoy a meal or just relax. There is a gas grill so you can cook up something wonderful. The home offers two family sitting areas with TV’s. Open kitchen has all the supplies you may need.

    The home sits by the 7th hole, and we are on a cul-de-sac. The home is great for a golfers, there’s a putting green area on the lower deck to practice on. We haven’t forgotten families with kids. We have a playroom area with toys, board games and much, much more. If it’s a romantic getaway go visit Seven Springs Winery. Sit back and have a glass of wine. The view is breathtaking. Don’t forget the spa at Old Kinderhook. There are lots of wonderful, services they offer.

    Old Kinderhook amenities include the pool, tennis courts, volleyball (summer) ice rink (winter), spa, restaurant and bar and don’t forget the beautifully manicured golf course.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The laundry came in very handy for cleaning uniforms (we were there for a baseball tournament)! Would definitely stay again when we had more time to enjoy the property.

This home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and welcoming—it truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were fresh and high quality, and the back porch was the perfect place to relax. The house stayed wonderfully cool, which was such a relief during the intense heat! The host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Rent with confidence!

Fantastic Weekend

This property was exactly what we needed and is perfect for multiple families. We were in town for a Baseball tournament and this home fit 3 families perfectly. Beautiful home that has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

My Neice had a great time with her friends ...my cuzins stayed 1 night they were well rested for our day on the lake the property is beautiful the house had everything essentially you need. We all had a freat time and really enjoyed the stay Thanks Holly for letting us enjoy ur property.

Great Stay

Loved the place. Beautiful double-decker porch, great for grilling and hanging out. Close enough to all the fun of the Ozarks while not being in the middle of the crazy parties. Definitely recommend checking out the trophy room!

A great place to stay!

Our family stayed here for a time of reconnecting with each other since we live in different states. The house was perfect for a family stay! Plenary of room, games, activities and well stocked kitchen! We even received a welcome bottle of wine to share. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Golf Weekend

We have now stayed at this house 2 years in a row for an annual golf trip. Holy was very accommodating and the house was clean and very comfortable. The Old Kinderhook location is the best in the Lake of the Ozark area.

The house was amazing! It was just as described. Everything was very clean. I went with my husband, our kids and each kid brought a friend. There was plenty of room for all of us and we were able to hang out all together. The house was stocked with everything we needed and it was well thought out. It was a wonderful time.

Nice place

Perfect spot for us. Plenty of sleeping area with 5 bedrooms. Two layer deck which was great. A bit of a view of the golf course. Place was in great shape and manager was very helpful. About a 5 minute drive from main buildings at Old Kinderhook.

Family Holiday

Communication with Holly was excellent. She was always quick to reply to all my questions. Her place was extremely nice, decorated so cute, the beds were comfy, plenty of space for all 12 of my family members. She also surprised us with some very thoughtful treats. I would highly recommend staying here!! We will definitely reach back out to her next year!

May Get-Away

We had a great stay for Memorial Day weekend! We have stayed at the Old Kinderhook house of the same floor-plan several times. It wasn't avail & this VRBO home had all the bells & whistles! We loved seeing our spouses on the 7th tee box! We hope to come back next year! We attended a concert Friday night & were able to get on the OK lodge shuttle bus. Very comfy beds & we loved the Keurigs! Thanks for a great stay!

Mini vacay 2025

This place was very nice and peaceful. The size of the house was perfect. We never felt cramped or crowded together. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths it was accommodating for us. No one had to wait to use the bathroom and. Everyone had their own room. We enjoyed sitting out on the decks early mornings and in the evenings. We enjoyed a day at the pool. The pool was nice but it would have been better if it was a bigger. Communication with our host Holly was easy. She was great. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

The house and the outdoor space was excellent. It allowed us to all gather in one place when needed and allowed us to also have some space too. The bedroom setup was great with the exception of no door for the master bedroom bathroom - that got a little awkward - maybe have the owner at least provide a curtain that can be drawn to separate the bathroom from the bedroom when privacy is needed. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. A big plus is the extra refrigerator we were allowed to use as well as the washer and dryer (got caught in the rain on the golf course). We are thinking of renting this space again next year if we have the same # of individuals.

Enjoy room for 9 people

The home was great and had alot of room. There were a few things that could be fixed (just general maintenance), however when I emailed Holly she replied quickly and sent someone out to address the issues I reported. The neighborhood is very pretty and wooded and alot of beautiful homes. The neighbors were alittle loud at night, which was annoying. If you want to be close to all the action, unfortunately this is about a 20/30 minute drive to Sunrise Beach, Osage Beach, etc but we did love the fact we could cook at home, use the community pool, eat at the restaurant onsite or order and pick up, my mom loved walking in the neighborhood (good exercise with all the hills). I would stay again knowing we had to drive alot if we wanted to go anywhere!!! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!!!
