'My partner and I stayed at Royal Palms for a few days over Christmas and loved it. The staff were so kind, attentive and helpful. The food at Palamino was great, property was safe and quiet, and was an easy walk over to Hamilton / Front Street. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and will definitely be back! '

The staff in the gold lounge, Rolley,Pascoal, Vitoria and Alysha go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..all parts of the hotel in and out are kept in tiptop condition. The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk into Hamilton and the view of the bay is gorgeous.'

'Courteous and helpful staff, and my room was kept very clean every day. Breakfast pastries could perhaps be a little more imaginative and varied but filled my stomach! Hotel storage of packets containing napkin, sugar, creamer and straw needs to be reviewed, because there were frequently small black ants inside the supposedly sealed packets! Otherwise, an excellent stay, so I'm trying to be helpful.'
