CAMBO, C168: Apartment located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a recent building. Large, warm and spacious duplex studio. Living/dining area with a dining space (table and chairs). The living area includes a sofa (not a sofa bed), a coffee table, and a sideboard (TV). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, storage, cookware, microwave, and conventional oven. An adjoining utility room houses the fridge-freezer and washing machine. The sleeping area (attic space) is located on the mezzanine level: a 160 x 200 cm bed with a desk and two bedside tables (plus storage). Numerous books are available in the accommodation.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see article [article number missing]). Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they believe is not up to standard, or anything our services may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T1 Bis): €44.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
