Welcome to Our Peaceful Camano Island Retreat!

Escape to our modern, spacious home with stunning water views, perfectly located on Camano Island, a hidden gem within driving distance from Seattle and Puget Sound. NO ferry is needed. The island has a unique positive vibe and most amazing sunsets. It has beautiful beaches, 2 state parks, easy hikes an under-the-radar food scene, beer and wine tasting. This was built in Nov 2021 and boast views of Saratoga Pass from large kitchen, living room & bedroom windows

- 4 bedrooms with large windows and water views
- Beach-themed master bedroom on the main floor with attached bathroom, large soaking tub, double sinks, and spacious standing shower
- Queen bedroom on the main floor opposite the master bedroom
- Half bathroom on the main floor
- Zen bedroom upstairs has a king bed and ensuite bathroom
- Honeymoon bedroom with queen bed with gorgeous golden canopy
- Media room with 2 bunk beds
- Game room with 8-seater comfy recliner, 60" TV, Netflix, YouTube TV (85+ channels), Disney+, books, board games, and a special Harry Potter Reading Nook
- Chef's kitchen with high-end appliances, including large sink, full-sized refrigerator with touchscreen, dishwasher, cooking range, large microwave, coffee machine, toaster, espresso, instant pot, and all necessary utensils and cookware
- 1000 sq ft deck with BBQ grill (flat-top griddle) and outdoor seating
- 7-seater hot tub for relaxation
- Large fenced backyard
- Ping pong table, basketball hoop, foosball, ladder ball, air hockey and other games provided

- Pet-friendly (main floor only) with $250 pet damage deposit

- 4 minutes to Cama Beach State Park for hiking, kayaking, and boat rentals
- 8 minutes to Camano Plaza for groceries, coffee, and restaurants
- 11 minutes to Camano Commons French bakery, cafe, ice cream and gift shop
- Nearby ziplining, golfing, and other outdoor activities

Rates and Policies:
- Prices reflected are for 10 guests; additional guests incur a $25 per guest per stay charge
- Prior host approval required for visitors; additional charges may apply
- No smoking or vaping allowed; fine of $500 enforced if evidence found
- Quiet hours enforced from 10pm to 8am
- Pets are only allowed on the main floor; upper floor has light-colored carpets and is pet-restricted

Other Things to Note:
- We are happy to arrange firewood for outdoor firepit at $7/bundle
- Lawn mowing may be scheduled during your stay; we will try our best to notify you in advance
- We have a flat-top griddle to meet all your BBQ needs
- The barn door leading to the upper floor is used as a pet gate
- $250 pet damage deposit is collected after you book
- Outdoor ring camera installed at the door and one facing the backyard for security.

We welcome events! If you've booked our property for a birthday party, wedding, retreat, or other gathering and intend to invite more guests than listed in this reservation, kindly inform us promptly; we'll discuss additional charges and ensure a smooth experience
