This floor includes 2 double bedrooms and 1 room with 2 beds, served by 2 shower rooms each fitted with a bidet and WC.
The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features its own living room with access to a balcony. The sleeping accommodation on this level consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 further double bedroom with 1 bed, and 1 additional room with 2 beds. The upper floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other with a shower, bidet, and WC.
