The open kitchen, with a gas stove and access to another terrace, allows you to enjoy the preparation of delicious meals in a bright and cosy environment. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds, one of them with air conditioning, both with en-suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. There is also a third bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower.



The upper floor offers a spacious living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and access to a terrace with stunning views of the sea and the Ifach rock. The open kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, is perfect for those who enjoy cooking with a view. Two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, share a bathroom with a shower.



Enjoy the sun and relaxation on the beautiful terrace and garden, which house a private 8x4 pool with Roman and metal stairs and a refreshing outdoor shower. The villa also has a portable barbecue for delighting in outdoor meals, and a comfortable covered parking space for two vehicles on the same plot.
