INTERNAL: The GROUND FLOOR has a beautiful, tastefully furnished living-dining room with TV SAT/TDT. A separate kitchen, fully equipped with gas stove and dishwasher. A bedroom with two single beds with a bathroom with shower en suite and a separate guest toilet. In the UPPER FLOOR there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower en suite and the other with a double bed and a bathroom with bath en suite. From the double bedroom there is access to a solarium, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the view. All bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned.

EXTERNAL: Pleasant plot with a 8x4 pool with outside shower, roman and metal staircase. Next to the pool there is a built-in barbecue to prepare outdoor meals. It can park up to 2 vehicles on the same property and there is also a space to play petanque.

LOCATION: The villa is located in an urbanization near the beaches and shops. It is just 650 meters to the nearest supermarket and 1.7 km to the sandy beach. Calpe city center is 3.8 km away.
