Chic bungalow in a quiet and central location with private pool - close to the beach

Relax and enjoy a wonderful and unique bungalow with a large private pool area. Our private home is located in the quiet, tranquil Ortenbach neighborhood, which is very centrally located. It’s a pleasant 15-minute walk to the nearest shops, bars, and restaurants. A small supermarket is right nearby. The town’s beautiful historic center is about 2 kilometers away, and the nearest large sandy beach is a 15-minute walk. Our house is exceptionally spacious, colorful, and uniquely furnished. It can accommodate up to 8 people for an unforgettable vacation and to enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year.
The villa is single-story and has a living area of approximately 160 square meters:
Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an exceptionally large kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and microwave; a large living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi; a dining room; and a large terrace with sunshades.
Our villa is completely fenced in; the large property has a gate, and parking is available for 2 cars; deck chairs and umbrellas are also provided.
Enjoy the peace and quiet on our sun terrace or by the spacious pool area, and pick fresh fruit in our beautiful, approximately 1,000-square-meter Mediterranean garden. You can cool off to your heart’s content in the large 4x8-meter pool, which you can access via a staircase leading directly into the water. Even when the property is fully booked, our outdoor area offers the opportunity to retreat to one of the lounge chairs at any time and find your own sunny spot.
In our very well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare a wonderful paella or grill something delicious on the barbecue. In the evening, the garden and pool become a beautifully lit feast for the eyes, and you can romantically wind down the day with a glass of fine wine.
In addition to the sun terrace available all day, there’s a covered seating and dining area, so you can spend the entire day outdoors.
We’ve furnished our villa as our second home, and it’s ideal for families with children. In addition to a travel crib, we’re happy to provide a high chair as well as children’s toys, so your little ones can feel right at home.
Calpe offers numerous attractions and entertainment options, including water sports, rock climbing, hiking, lovely shops, charming beach bars, supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi, unique seafood restaurants at the harbor, horse-drawn carriage rides, and nightclubs—there’s something for everyone.
But the surrounding area also has plenty to offer: golfers and cyclists will find plenty to enjoy here, hikers will discover exceptional trails in the nearby mountains, and in January and February, you can enjoy the almond blossoms in the Jalon Valley. Aqualandia (a water park with numerous slides), Mundomar (marine and exotic animal park), and Terra Mitica (amusement park) are a blast for all ages. Why not take a trip to the Jalon Valley (a wine-growing region)? On Saturdays, a very unique market takes place here. Visit the Algar Waterfalls—a real treat, especially in midsummer—or the Canelobre Caves. Guadelest, an old mountain village, is also worth a visit.
The listed rental price is based on occupancy for six people. Each additional person costs €20 per night during the off-season and €30 per night during the peak season. A flat electricity fee of €150 per week applies when using the air conditioning. The security deposit is €400. The final cleaning fee, including bed linens and towels, is €200. These fees must be paid in cash on site. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure.
