Relax on the first floor of our gorgeous air conditioned villa with four bedrooms in one of the popular neighbourhoods of Calpe. There is plenty to see and do in the local area.

The Arenal Bol beach in Calpe is a 25 minute walk away and the town, where you will find numerous restaurants and bars is just a 20 minute walk from the villa.

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a flat screen television in all bedrooms and the lounge (with a large 86” TV) with all satellite channels and internet access.

You will have sole use of the private outdoor pool, outside kitchen and outside terraces. There are two gas BBQs and one charcoal BBQ. There is a dishwasher, sink and a fridge in the outside kitchen. Around the pool there are sun loungers and umbrellas. There is an outdoor dining area and outdoor seating area.

This villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed.
In each of the other three bedrooms there are two single beds.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath and shower over the bath.
The next bathroom is en suite to the master bedroom and also has a toilet, a double sink a bath and a shower over the bath.

Linen and bath towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
