Spacious holiday home located in a quiet area of St. Antoni but only 800 m. from the beach and the promenade. The villa has a large garden with swimming pool and private tennis court, perfect to spending some unforgettable days in the Costa Brava close to the beach and all the services.
The house has a built area of 200 m2 and it is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor we find the living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a double bedroom, two bedrooms with two beds and a bathroom.
In the outside area there is an area equipped with barbecue, kitchen and summer dining. It also has a bathroom.
You can park your car inside the plot.
 
The owner can spend some weekends in an annex of the house, totally private and with independent access to the house.

ANTONI belongs to the municipality of Calonge, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoying great natural wealth and diversity. At its beach you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...) and in its promenade you will find an ample selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.


In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
Calonge and St. Antoni have been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.

Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
