Cosy house located in the beautiful and quiet urbanization of Mas Pere. Enjoy a fantastic holiday in this beautiful house, on its pleasant terrace with fantastic views of the valley and its sunny saltwater pool where you can relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers or spend pleasant moments in the shade on the covered terrace enjoying a pleasant meal outside.

The villa, with a constructed area of 195 m2, is distributed over three floors.

On the main floor, which is located at street level, we find the living and dining room with access to a nice terrace, the fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The first floor consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with access to a large terrace with magnificent views.

On the lower floor, at pool level, there is a living and dining room and a bathroom.

You can park your car on the plot.

THE COSTA BRAVA is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals, historical culture, lots of traditions and much more!

CALONGE, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoys great natural wealth and diversity. At its beaches of St. Antoni and Torre Valentina you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...). Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.

In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.

Calonge and St. Antoni have been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.

Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
