I have shared your review with my entire team and every mentioned point has been taken very seriously and constructively as at our resort, we have always and will always put forward our guest’s experience as our top priority. An updated process has been put in place to avoid such issue in the future.Regarding the food, we do have our 3 restaurants which offer different specialties. Furthermore, our Chefs are always available and more than happy to suggest tailor-made dishes to our guests.
