Holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms

Located in a very quiet spot at the end of the street with unobstructed views of the dunes, just 5 minutes from the beach and town center, we rent out part of our detached house, called "Kalla Anka," for a maximum of 4 people. Your pets are also welcome!

The rental unit has a private entrance.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dining area with a bar and 4 stools. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop (3 cooking zones), a microwave/oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster.

The small but very functional bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a vanity unit with a sink and two drawers.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with spacious wardrobes: one with a double bed (180-200 cm) and one with two single beds (90-200 cm).

The cozy sitting area features a modern 32" HDTV with internet, HDMI, and USB ports and a sound system. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Central heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the house.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with spacious wardrobes: one with a double bed (180-200 cm) and one with two single beds (90-200 cm).

A flat-screen TV (100Hz) with 60 channels, a DVD player, a sound system, and free Wi-Fi are provided.

Central heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the house.

You also have access to a garage (for your bicycles, wet clothes, etc.), a private driveway for your car, and a portion of the garden.

Behind the garden is a ditch offering excellent fishing opportunities. Two children's playgrounds are nearby (120 m and 350 m). (removed).

Callantsoog is a great place for dogs, so your pets are welcome for a small additional fee (€20 per pet, per stay).

Bed linen is included in the rental price; please bring your own towels and kitchen towels.

And if you leave the apartment as clean as you found it, the final cleaning fee will be waived!
