'The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put...

'I don't want to write'

'I had a vip access, but what is it. It was still the same as the other hotels. Breakfast was not so good, orange juice was like water! '

'Checked into hotel paid, got key/room, Then was told no running water, no showers, toilets, etc. available. Said problem would be fixed, but might be hours. I asked where there was a location to go to use a restroom..said up to us to find a place! Confused I spoke with some guests there and was informed water had been off whole day prior and during the night and still off when we checked in. Returned to desk for refund, was asked for what reason !! SERIOUSLY checking us in before telling us no...

'All in All the stay was great. Maybe update some of the furniture!'

'My kids really liked the indoor/outdoor pool and we enjoyed the excellent dinner and breakfast. Our room was a nice large size and offered privacy between the two areas. The room had a faint smoke smell which transferred to our packed clothing.'

'Clean and reasonably updated room. Comfortable bed. Good quality in-room coffee which is rare these days. My only minor complaints include the gap from the door bottom to the threshold. It was wide enough that I was awakened several times by activity in the hallway. They really need to add an insulating molding/door sweep to seal the doorway. The second issue was that the heat was not operable in my room. The heating unit would not respond to changes in the thermostat settings. It was...

'Breakfast was great, easy check in and out, staff was friendly. It was 8 minutes from the airport.'

'We booked a two queen bed room for the night of October 25th. When we arrived they put us in a king room and when we informed them that we needed two queen beds they told us that they were overbooked and the best they could do was give us a cot. We put our stuff in our room and left for a birthday party that we flew in for. When we came back later that night, we couldn't get into our room and when we talked to the front desk (which the lady was outside smoking with other patrons so we had to...

'We stayed before an early morning flight, hotel was very convenient'

'I love that it was pet friendly!'

'Fijn hotel om zakelijk in te verblijven'

'Check delayed by an hour due to computer problems and no available managers to fix them. Pre-packed breakfasts mediocre. But, staff were pleasant and tried their best to take us comfortable.'

'Prima hotel want double tree maar niet zo goed zoals sommige andere double tree.'

'The ability to get to and from the airport with ease and great timing. In the EARLY morning and before the time breakfast was to be laid out, the staff made to-go breakfast bags for those of us with early flights, with a bagel, cream cheese, and apple. She was very pleasant and helpful.'
