I never leave bad reviews, but I had to say, this was the most horrible stay I ever had and ever will have in Cairo!
The rooms arenât cleaned at all before your check in!!! The tiles and carpets had dust and dirt everywhere! Never vacuumed! The beddings were dirty and had hairs everywhere on top. The towels were stained and had cigarette butt burn holes. The pillows & mattress were bouncy and unstable, I kept feeling Iâd fall off the bed! And on top of all this, the neighborhood had some sort of service dogs or something; they were barking ALL NIGHT!! Imagine hearing a hundred dogs barking every 10 minutes all night until sunrise!!
The bathroom was disgusting! The trash can was FULL of trash! The bathroom floor was smeared with dirt and had hairs everywhere, so obviously it wasnât mopped! Worst part? The toilet wasnât flushed or cleaned either! Can you imagine? Also, the bathroom only had 2 bars of soap; nothing else!
The breakfast was served late and incomplete! Imagine waiting for the staff to arrive to serve you a patisserie with coffee, not oriental breakfast!!
Everything about this place was a nightmare!
Just to give credit when itâs due, the staff members were trying to help, but it wasnât their fault the entire place is a dumpster and lacks the basics of hotel service or human needs!!
Please donât stay here; you wonât find the bare minimum of what you need. Whatâs listed by the hotel or reviews isnât true at all. I was a victim of misleading advertising/reviewes!
