'I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. '

'The property was incredibly peaceful, my unit 9 was spacious. The kitchen was modern and had everything you could possibly want to be able to fix meals, gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Plus my kitchen had all the little extras tools. The bathroom amenities were very nice. Most importantly the staff was prompt in responding to all my questions and requests. I do think the living room furniture in my unit 9 needs an update. The pool area was so serene and beautiful.'

'Een mooie optie zonder franje maar met veel ruimte. Haven op half uurtje lopen en daar is ook het winkelbestand en de restaurants in overvloed. Als je niet opziet tegen een lekker wandeling: uitstekende uitvalsbasis.'

'Stunning apartment, right on the Esplanade. Great views of the ocean and only a 10 minute walk to the centre for food, drinks etc. Muddy’s cafe is opposite who do a fabulous breakfast. '

'Geen schoonheidsprijs, maar de prijs is wel zeer aantrekkelijk. Kussensloop was zo dun dat je de vlekken in de kussens kon zien. Het zwembad daarentegen was wel heerlijk. Redelijk groot en zeker schoon. Al met al kan dit hotel wel een facelift gebruiken. Als de kamers netter en moderner zijn is dit echt een fantastisch hotel. De manager / eigenaar is overigens heel behulpzaam.'
