A cozy 62-square-meter apartment located on the first floor (raised level) of a building without an elevator (steps to enter), which can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in the heart of Cagliari’s historic center (ZTL) and is close to all major amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy.



The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.



The approximately 62-square-meter apartment is located on the raised first floor. Please be especially mindful of the steps inside the home if you are traveling with children.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, dresser, split A/C, bathroom (1);

- BEDROOM 2 with a single bed, split A/C;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed, TV, desk with chair, split A/C;

- DINING ROOM with table and chairs;

- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, coffee maker, minibar, dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM 1 with shower, toilet, and bidet;

- BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine and sink.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal (a fee of EUR 1.50 per person applies for the first 5 nights). Children under 12 and seniors up to age 70 are exempt from the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

. The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily heating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, €15 will be charged for each set of linens used.

The accommodations are located in the heart of Cagliari, an area equipped with all essential amenities: schools, public transportation, shops, cafes, and supermarkets. It is just a short walk from the main attractions: the National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari, Piazza Yenne, and the famous Santa Chiara Market.

A short walk will take you to Poetto, the city’s eight-kilometer-long beach flanked by a pedestrian path and a bike trail.

From Poetto, you can set out on an excursion to Calamosca and the Sella del Diavolo. Finally, savor the local delicacies: spaghetti with bottarga and artichokes, burrida—a dish made with dogfish and walnuts—and fregula con cocciula, semolina balls with clams.
