'Iets te ver van het centrum. Ook de parking is op een wandel afstand. '

'We had a wonderful stay the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Can’t wait to go back!'

'Perfect!'

'Sylvie et Sebastien and Carla were excellent hosts. We felt so welcomed. Sylvie and Carla met us the first day with coffee and tea. They sat down with us and made sure we knew how the tram worked and everything Bordeaux had to offer. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and quite large. The bedding exceptional and bathroom very nice.'

'The room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and the personal service at breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is quiet and is located near tram lines, which was very useful. It was a great place from which to navigate the city, especially the historic district. One difference is that there is no front desk staff to assist if you have questions, so you have to be a little more independent in arranging things such as taxis. However, a helpful online guide is provided.'

'Super clean, breakfast was incredible'

'Room was clean, though shower had a few stains. One night we were awoken every hour by screaming students and weren’t able to get any sleep. About a 10 min uber into the centre, which was good. Hotel reception staff not very chatty.'

'Very clean, fresh, quiet and comfortable. Air conditioning coped well with 40 degrees outside - a cool oasis! Concierge Laëtitia helpful, welcoming and responsive. Will book again.'

'Large comfortable room , great breakfast'

'Très bon emplacement, personnel très accueillant, chambres confortables et très bonne literie. '

'There was no oxygen in the room. Also no blanket on the bed. Had to go ask a blanket in the middle of the night, only to find a shocked receptionist.'

'Great hotel for our family - friendly and caring staff, welcoming and fun lobby with games and ping pong, and great room for our family.'

'Great hotel accommodation. Well located.'

'Enjoyable stay; minimal contact with staff but they were helpful with check in instructions. The location was good with a cafe selection and transit outside.'

'Really roomy family room, (actually 2 rooms) but aircon doesn't work and needs fixing. Bathroom could do with a refresh!'
