Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the studio was completely renovated in 2023, from floor to ceiling, with new bedding dating from August 2023. It comprises:
- A living room including a sofa bed.
- A functional bathroom.
- A fully equipped kitchen.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: filter coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, and much more.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the studio's major assets is its privileged location. It is close to many places of interest, such as :
- Pathé Les Rives de l'Orne cinema, just 9 minutes away.

## Emplacement
Caen is a pretty town in northwestern France, located in Normandy. Like Rouen, it is known as the "City of a Hundred Bell Towers". City of William the Conqueror and capital of the Duchy of Normandy along with Rouen, the town has inherited a rich architectural heritage, some of which was destroyed during the Battle of Caen. This city is sure to delight history buffs, with must-see sites such as the ducal château, the Abbey aux Dames, Saint-Pierre church and the Rue Froide in the old town!
