'they advertised on Expedia that it was all inclusive, but when you get there, the rules change and they have tiers of all-inclusive which they did not disclose to us. The pool bottom was so rough it cut my foot and the pool smelled like urine. The street vendors haggled you very aggressively even when you were in the restaurant eating dinner they came up and they were asking me for weed Coke, meth. All excursions had additional fees once you got there and very high pressure sales you know for...

'Palmar was great. Staff not as pleasant as other Villa group resort. But all in all was great. I liked the presidential suite. But lotta $$ difference. The only problem is the family like Valencia totally the best. So we couldn't enjoy as much because they were spoiled at Valencia 😫 previously. But love the VILLA group ❤️✌️'

Service was okay. Somewhat slow at times.

'Exceeded expectations. The staff were amazing - so helpful, kind, generous, and friendly. They truly made the trip. The food was 10/10, the room was beautiful and clean, and we loved having both arco and palmar for food options - kept things interesting. Special shout out to Liz - I saw her go above and beyond more than once to make everyone’s stay as good as possible.'
