We stayed here for my wedding this past week and could not have been more happy with this house. It was the PERFECT place for my family and friends to all get together for the week for my wedding. This villa is absolutely immaculate. The view of Medano Beach from every spot in the backyard was absolutely spectacular and the view from the upstairs kitchen and living room area and terrace will take your breath away, not to mention every inch of the house was spotless and clean, down to the driveway. The kitchen was completely functional and there was always hot water. The hot tub heated and worked correctly every single time. We had zero issues with anything and did not have to worry about a single thing during our stay. Shirley was absolutely fantastic and remained at our service for anything or any questions we had throughout the entire week. She was able to set up an at-home massage for my mom and even arranged transportation for my friends and family for my wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more for the top level of comfort at this villa. My niece and nephew came over every day and got to play in the pool, use the mini golf course, sports court, short walk to snorkeling at the beach, ping pong, and the house was stacked with games and activities. I can't wait to be back for another family gathering or special celebration and get to experience all of the amenities, beautiful views, and family memories we got to make last week!

Amazing location and amenities, strange layout

We stayed in the Sea Breeze house with another family. There were 3 couples and 4 teens. Shirley, the property manager, was incredible. She met us at the house and made sure we knew how to work everything. The house furnishings are very dated but everything works and the house was clean. After a day of adventuring we had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The property felt very safe and the house has perfect views. The location is a short drive to the marina and close to many other great beaches and activities. The walk down to the beach is short too. I debated giving the property 4 stars because the advertisement doesn't accurately describe the room layout. There are only 2 private rooms with their own bathroom. The other 2 "rooms" are actually joined and only separated by a glass sliding door. There are blinds you can pull on the sliding door but it still doesn't feel very private. One of the rooms is really a game room with beds and is only accessible through the bedroom or by an exterior door. The biggest issue is that the bedroom you need to walk through to get to the game room has a bathroom without a door. We made do by only accessing the game room through the exterior door so we could keep the glass door shut and blinds pulled. You access the 4th full bathroom from the outside, by the game room. None of the interior full bathrooms have doors. Doors to bathrooms and walling off the game room from the bedroom would have made the stay better.

Sea Breeze Cabo w/ Pickleball!

Great stay at Sea Breeze for adult trip (3 couples)- Shirley was so attentive and helped with everything before and during our stay, she was amazing! House is in good location, safe neighborhood with plenty of room. We used their private chef recommendation for breakfast and dinner one day and it was awesome. Pool is big and layout of rooms very easy- we played pickleball for hours each day on the private court. Only negatives were that the indoor furniture is a bit odd and dated for hanging out and bathrooms in bedrooms don’t really have doors (toilets not very private). Would consider to stay again when in Cabo and house would be great for families!

Wonderful house for large group

We loved this house and property! It held our 9 people very comfortably. We loved the large balcony to watch the sunsets, the hot tub and pool were very fantastic and used every day. We enjoyed the pickle ball court. It was a short walk to a lovely beach. It was a short drive to the marina. There was a grocery store super close by with a great coffee cafe inside. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishes and cooking equipment we needed. The pictures are accurate for sure. The property manager, Shirley, was amazing! She helped so much and was so quick to respond to our questions and provided all the help we needed with driver setups, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to returning here again for another family vacation! We can’t recommend it enough!

Perfect location, perfect views, perfect Christmas

Our extended family stayed at this property over Christmas of 2024, ranging in ages from 12 to 80 years old.Just in case it wasn't clear, for some reason, despite other reviewers mentioning this exact feature, we were still totally astonished by the unobstructed views of the Arch sunsets.The property is clean, well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It's located inside Cabo Bello, a planned, gated community about 10 minutes from downtown Cabo, with direct access to a semi-private beach, and of course your experience may vary but one afternoon we were able to see whales from the beach itself.There's a large grocery store across the street, and also an Oxxo on the same side of the freeway that you can walk to from the property.What may not be clear from the photos is that the 4th bedroom, the one with the ping-pong table, appears to be an addition and can be accessed from the outside of the house from the pool area, but to get to it from inside the property you have to walk through the 3rd bedroom. The bathroom for this 4th bedroom is also the outside accessible bathroom for the pool. Something to understand if you have particularly picky folks in your party (it was fine for us).The absolute deal-maker for us, though, was Shirley, the property manager who was better than a concierge; she was so responsive and also immensely helpful with local advice; she arranged a chef to cook, and was able to make reservations at desirable restaurants for us. Thank you, Shirley!!

Absolutely breathtaking!

We loved every second of our trip to Cabo Sea Breeze. The view and the pool are exceptional. The house was clean and oh so incredible. Did I mention the views? From the entire upstairs, to the master bedroom, to the pool, the views just cause the stress to melt away. The neighborhood is well protected with manned gates getting in and out. I could have spent our entire vacation beside the pool. The hot tub was wonderful too for when the chill set in after the sun went down. The kitchen was well stocked, Shirley was wonderful with the communication. We would love to return, and will recommend to any friends going to Cabo San Lucas.

Awesome home

Casa Sea Breeze was a wonderful spot in Cabo San Lucas. The home is well equipped for everything you need. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities are spot on. The gas for the hot tub ran out before our stay was up so there is a limit to how much you can heat it and use it. If we ever get to visit Cabo again, we will see if Casa Sea Breeze is available. Highly recommend it!

Perfect House for an Active Family/Group

It was even better than the description! This is an amazing house with gorgeous Arch views in a private gated community with a 24-hour manned entrance. The ground floor includes 3 private bedrooms and baths and another large room with additional beds/living area with a separate bath. Upstairs there is a large living room, kitchen, and huge wrap-around porch with gorgeous views of the marina, arch, and ocean. We walked the short 5-10 minutes downhill through the neighborhood to the beach every day. At the house, we spent time in the pool/hot tub, played putt-putt, cards, chess, ping pong, and more than a few competitive rounds of pickleball. Although we could have enjoyed our entire time at this house, we did have a rental car and it was easy to drive the short distance to Walmart, restaurants, the marina/medano beach, and Chileno Beach. They even provided an umbrella to take to the beach which was much appreciated! This house felt like a private resort where there was something for everyone. We would 100% stay here again and bring friends and family.

Cabo Family Christmas

My family of 6 adults and 5 children (16-7 years) stayed at Casa Sea Breeze to celebrate my parents 70th birthday and Christmas. It was fantastic! The location was amazing and so were the views. It was easy to walk down to the beach and we spent lots of time in the pool. Shirley, the property manager, was extremely helpful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Wondeful Experience

Shirley the property manager is terrific, goes above and beyond duty to help guests. The location is fantastic (15 minute Uber to downtown) the house is very spacious with so many activities, and the view is unreal, directly looking at El Arco and the Pacific Ocean. What a special experience and we very much enjoyed our time at Sea Breeze.

A couple major issues!

I give it a three because we didn’t have water for a whole day. They got it fixed but a day staying there without water was a problem! We had 5 kids and Six adults. No flushing stools for a day wasn’t pleasant. Then the master bedrooms air didn’t work for three days. I was hoping they offered some refund for these huge issues but so far they haven’t. If they do I will up date this review and let you know.

First of all Shirley was an amazing host. Communication with her from the very start was always quick and easy. She took care of us and even one night when we had trouble with the hot tub, it was user error, she came in just a few minute and even brought us a bag of ice for drinks. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. The pictures do not do this property justice.

Great stay at the Sea Breeze

Shirley was a great host. Property was everything we could ask for and more for our family of 4 and parents. Shirley was very responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Cabo 2023

Tons of space. Plenty to do with pickle ball , cornhole , putting , and of course pool hot tub . Views were perfect of arch and surrounding areas . Beach is close walk downhill then back uphill . Lots of bathrooms. Noise during the day due to construction. Plenty of kitchen stuff . Card table is nice . Gated community. Hard to beat
