We do apologize for the fact that some roof work had to be carried out over the Monday you were here. Circumstances beyond our control have extended work on the roof beyond the weekend when it had been originally scheduled to be finalised before you checked in. Located in a flood affected area, it has been incredibly difficult to plan & coordinate building work/maintenance and we sincerely regret and apologise that you have been inconvenienced as a result. HI Alan, Thanks for taking the time to review the apartment. This apartment does feature in our photos and these were taken recently. Decor is subjective, this apartment has had a lot of positive reviews, it probably has the best vantage point on the whole complex, over looking the pool and with glimpses of the ocean from the balcony. We accept your comment regarding the skylight and will review this with the owner of the apartment.

Thanks for your review Mahogany. We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us. Yes the car space is tight particularly for the larger vehicles. We have asked our Neighborhood association to look at how we can resolve this issue. The bins change over are always a challenge during peak season due to the limitation on the number of bins per dwelling by the local council

Dear Anonymous We're sorry you didn't fully enjoy your stay with us. The flyscreen door did come out off it's runners but thankfully they are very easy to put back. The apartment is in the process of having the balcony doors and windows fully updated so it's not anticipated that they'll pop out again! We took on board your comments about the bed as we hadn't had any feedback on that previously and the mattress has been replaced, so thank you for bringing it to our attention.
