The property features lush tropical gardens creating a private sanctuary, fully fenced with separate entrances and gates between each section. When booking the whole property, internal gates are unlocked to provide seamless access for all guests. Pets are also welcome (subject to approval and special pet-friendly terms and conditions) when the entire property has been booked.

Blisshouse Penthouse

The stunning two-storey, 3-bedroom Penthouse offers open, light-filled living spaces with contemporary design. Its open-plan kitchen and living area opens onto expansive sun-drenched timber decks, multiple entertaining areas, BBQ, and refreshing plunge pool.

The master loft bedroom features a queen bed and en suite with French doors opening onto a private balcony. The second bedroom offers a king bed with en suite. The third bedroom overlooks the pool area and contains 2 twin singles. A third bathroom provides additional guest convenience.

The Penthouse's romantic ambience makes it particularly popular with couples and honeymooners, while also being perfect for families or couples holidaying together, accommodating up to 6 guests.

Blisshouse Garden Villa

The deluxe 3-bedroom Blisshouse Garden Villa provides an intimate retreat ideal for couples or small groups.

Its open-plan living area, well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, and shaded patio are surrounded by a tropical oasis, offering multiple alfresco living and lounging options. The master bedroom features an extra touch of luxury with French doors opening onto exotic gardens. The villa includes a second queen-sized bedroom and a third bedroom accommodating twin singles (convertible to king if preferred).

The Garden Villa comes equipped with modern quality furnishings and thoughtful extras that create a luxurious home-away-from-home experience.

Blisshouse Studio

This recently refurbished studio features quality modern appliances and furniture with convenient cooking facilities in the kitchenette.

The studio boasts a plush king-size bed with premium bedding, creating a cosy retreat for relaxing nights watching DVDs. The bathroom offers a full marble shower room with separate toilet and vanity area.

A private grassed, fenced courtyard includes a hot and cold outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after beach visits. A BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking enjoyment.

Their relaxed indoor-outdoor flow accommodates dogs alongside guests when seated outside. Belongil Beach with its pet-friendly section is located directly across from Byron Blisshouse, perfect for families and surfers. This premium location allows guests to relax completely or, for the more adventurous, stroll into town via the beach to experience the best of Byron Bay.

- Guest Information: Full names, mobile numbers & contact details for all guests and their parents/guardians are required.
- Age Requirement: The majority of the group must be 18 years or older.
- Strict Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 pm; check-out by 10:00 am. No early arrivals or late departures.
- No Visitors: Only registered, paying guests are allowed on the property at any time.
- Noise Restrictions: Strict no-noise and no-party policy applies. Security call-outs may result in a $300 fee or eviction.
- Security Deposit: $350 per person (minimum $1,000), refundable after a satisfactory inspection. Credit card only (1.9% surcharge).
