'The apartment is amazing. Very modern and large. Very close to the beach. There were two things that could be improved: 1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. 'The property was great. With the exception of two parking spots, it had everything we needed, but we managed and hoped not to get a parking ticket. A perfect location and walking distance to all that we needed. It would probably be too expensive for us otherwise, but we stayed here for a special occasion weekend. One drawback was that we had concerns about how clean the dishes, silverware, and cutlery were when we first arrived. However, if the unit had more dishwasher tablets, this problem...

'The best place to relax & unwind. Situated on the river's edge, extremely quiet with great views. The only thing you supply is food & beverage. Locally fresh seafood is caught daily & can bought in the markets. Plenty eateries of all kinds. Also close to other notable towns.Seven days was not enough.'

'Paula runs a great spot. It’s a quiet, modern and well appointed studio, away from the hustle of Byron yet close enough for a very short walk to enjoy the hospo and vibe and of course, the beach. We were golfing so only a short drive to Byron Bay GC. A few treats on arrival, constant suggestions of things to do in the area, a great host. '
