'Good location in the centre of Geilo. We had a two bed apartment with a lounge area, kitchen and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Downsides, you can't specify where in the block you want to be. Although we booked over 6 months ago, hoping for a view, we found ourselves on the ground floor looking over some sheds/shacks with very little view of the spectacular scenery. Also, obtaining the key relies on a mobile phone with access to the Internet as there is no person at a reception on site to help. '

'A good place to stay for up to 8 people. Well-equipped kitchen and quite new. Best for staying at least a few days because the bed linen charge is 16 euro per person. This price (160KR) is not listed on the Expedia advertisement as it should be (just that there is a charge). We just made a 1-night stopover with 4, so it became a considerably more expensive option therefore.'

It is part of a new complex that has a mountain resort feel to it despite being just a couple of minutes away from the Kongsberg technology center. The views from the apartment are stunning, and it is just a five minute drive to Skimore alpine center and many kilometres of hiking trails.
