This was a long needed vacation and well worth it!. Ive never had such a professional experience with the host, they were very welcoming, understanding and patient with every need I had. The communication was top notch!. The amenities were amazing, the view of the waterfall was exquisite and when sitting on the balcony the sounds of the water was extremely relaxing. The home was very warm and cozy and I'm planning my next stay now.

Loved it. Everything went incredibly smooth. The house was amazing, it was well stocked and the waterfall is stunning. We only stayed two nights and barely left the house cause we just didn't need to. The kids were entertained with the VR set, arcade games, or just playing basketball in the driveway. My wife and I were content to make a cocktail and stare at the waterfall from the second floor master suite. Amazing experience! We will be back!

The house was absolutely lovely . My family and I wanted a getaway weekend to reconnect from everybody’s crazy schedule and that is exactly what this house provided for us. The house manager I dealt with was amazing and made sure to meet any need we needed. We will definitely be making this our yearly trip.

The house were wonderful and our hosts thought of every detail! The kitchen was modern and well stocked and each room was cozy with beautiful views. Our only complaint was the actual community rules. We had several guests visit and we thought the 48 hour notice requirement was quite rigid. Also, one of the guards was extremely rude to one of our guests.

The photos of this place don't do this place justice. The house was absolutely incredible! Or entire group walked down to the waterfall and doesn't 3 hours swimming and relaxing! The amenities were plentiful and I know a few of us are already planning our next visit back. Couldn't have been happier with or stay!

Renters Beware!

Location is good, pictures in listing were from years ago. Property is not as pictured, could write a book on this place. Way over priced for current condition. Carlos reasoning was if we were sharing the place with multiple couples and splitting up the cost it wouldn't be overpriced. At 200 a night, I wouldn't complain.

Fantastic Home

This house was perfect for our needs. It fit all 12 of our family and friends comfortably and the games in the basement (pool table and video games) were great for our teenage boys. The house was in great condition, ample parking and a great fire pit out back with chairs to sit around. We never lit a fire but we sat and enjoyed the peach of the mountains and the sounds of the waterfall. The house is clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen has all the amenities you need for a great stay. We had friends staying in another VRBO and they were jealous of our house. The owner was very nice to deal with and easy to reach if I had a question. We will definitly come back again. Thank you!

Top Notch Location

The view of the falls was exceptional. The property is even better than pictured. It was an ideal place for our yearly family vacation - we were even able to include our dog. Plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and the game room was especially popular with my niece and husband. Thank you to Carlo for sharing his beautiful home with us.

Something for Everyone

We enjoyed our weekend stay by the waterfall in the woods with it's camping like setting outside but comfortable, clean, fully supplied home inside. It is a nice blend of both that kept the whole group happy and entertained. An obvious favorite was having a waterfall to hear and view from outside and inside but especially delightful when sitting by the fire pit. Inside has a very large modern kitchen suitable for a large group and endless activities between the arcade games, pool table, hot tub, piano and multiple large TV's. Arcade games were the inside favorite activity. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and the various large furniture pieces were as well and high quality. The open large house does make sounds echo a bit while sleeping so be sure to bring ear plugs if you have people awake at various times. We did have time to enjoy one of the community pools which had nice large umbrellas over the seating areas. Carlo was easy to reach, friendly and accommodating. He values cleanliness which we do too. When I was finalizing our trip I had not realized that my guest count was not updated accurately on VRBO when returning to reserve. Carlo helped me sort that out. Just take note that the prices change according to the amount of guests so have that correct if possible from the beginning for the most accurate quote. All in our group said they would definitely return again!

Awesome Weekend!!!!

Best place I have rented !!!! The waterfall view was memorizing and sitting on the large couch in front of the fireplace with the views of the waterfall make the weekend fly by. You can not go wrong here and this house is huge with enough room for any size family. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and video games. Carlo was a great host. My family wants to come back soon.

Incredible home

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay at this very charming and exquisite home. Absolutely fantastic and by far the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this amazing home to anyone looking for a pocono get-a-way. The communication with the host was exceptional. He was so super responsive and made us feel valued and well taken care of. Entering the property, I was blown away by its immaculate cleanliness and pristine environment. The pictures really do not do it justice. Everything was more beautiful than described. The living room with the fireplace was warm and cozy and the views of the waterfall were just breathtaking! Everything about this home was incredible! I cannot wait to come back again!

Amazing all that jazz home!!!!

First, let me start by saying that Carlo made scheduling of this trip so easy. His communication was outstanding. He was always reachable before during and after our trip the home was absolutely stunning as the online pictures do it no justice it is spacious, beautiful, warm, comfy, peaceful, and tranquil. Not to mention, it was spotless!!!! we were able to enjoy the 15 inches plus snow from the day before which made everything even more picturesque. The waterfall just outside the home was amazing. We were six older adults and are returning in the summer to enjoy the home and all the amenities that go with it. Thank you again

Great stay!

Our group loved the waterfall - it is a roaring waterfall and right in the backyard. We spent hours looking at it and listening to its relaxing sounds over the weekend. The house is spacious - has a nice great room and kitchen area for everyone to hang out. We also made good use of the grill and hot tub.

I didn’t think it could get any better, but it did!

Another amazing stay! I had stayed here several years ago and fell in love with the home and the property it's on. Every detail is considered at this property. It was wonderful to return with friends years later to see all of the wonderful upgrades that have been done. Beautiful bathrooms, a half basketball court, a really fun tiki bar, amazing outdoor stone firepit and a hot tub with a view to die for. I didn't think this property could get away better, but it did. The owner is meticulous and is so easy to communicate with. He made our stay a breeze! We had an amazing weekend hanging out and relaxing in front of the two beautiful fireplaces. Nobody wanted to leave. We will definitely be back again! If you are on the fence about renting this property, don't be. Its an experience you won't soon forget.
