Phil, our host was wonderful. Incredibly nice and easy to get in-touch with morning or night. I would recommend renting from him. The house was also super clean and not short on space for people to gather or sleep. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Provided firewood and fire pit was a nice touch as well. All in all, lovely stay.

Gated community with pools, etc. Nice house, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was stocked, so easy to cook most nights. Only went to Top of the World pool, which was very nice with bar and restaurant. Easy to get to Rt. 209 for hiking and a raft trip.

House was very clean and in a great location. Well stocked. Very comfortable. Owner was absolutely fantastic. We had a couple things come up and he took care of them immediately. Very nice community. I would defintely recomend this house to other families.

I decided to do a last minute booking at this property and I could not be more pleased. The house was super clean and inviting. I’m picky with cleanliness and it was spotless. Loved sitting on the screened porch watching nature and the pool time was amazing. They have a restaurant and bar at the outdoor pool which was a lot of fun. The owner was super nice and was easy to reach with a special request we made. Will definitely be back!

I think we may have been the first occupants for the season, and the house must have been locked up for a few months. The house really needed to be aired out, there was a serious musty smell when we got in, especially in the basement. There were dried leaves, obviously from last fall, on the patio and the screened patio, and thick cobwebs as well. I ended up having to broom the patios just so it could be more comfortable and clean for our use. The patio chairs and cushions needed to be cleaned as well. There were also some issues with the shower heads in two of the bathrooms. The owner was nice, but I would recommend that he visit the house prior to visitors coming in to make sure the house is up to standard.

Play off weekend

My nephew a few friends and I travel to the Poconos for a getaway and to watch the football playoffs. The house was perfect! Located in a beautiful neighborhood, skiing on site, safe and peaceful. The house is spacious.and comfortable. Livable. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. House was clean. The beds were comfortable. Close to tubing and skiing. Great place for a family. 2 family getaway

My family and my brother's family rented this house for a week. It was 4 teens ages 14-19 and 4 adults. We stayed at the beginning of August when temps were in the 80s with high humidity and a lot of rain. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party. The hosts were reachable and responsive. We had an initial glitch the first night when we realized that there was AC only in the master bedroom, living room and dining room. The other 2 bedrooms only had ceiling fans and the occupants couldn't figure out how to leave the fan on but turn the lights off. Once we figured that out it was fine. There is also a dehumidifyer in the basement that we emptied regularly that significantly helped keep the downstairs cool too. It rained every day except one, so there was a lot of pool playing and board games, and one night of a fire in the firepit. The location was perfect for a hike at Dingman's ferry, a kayak trip down the delaware, and a movie. The house was well appointed, the facilities in the community nice, scenery beautiful and hosts responsive. All in all I would highly recommend and would rent here again.

Family reunion,

Great to get back to Dingmans Ferry. Nice to see not much has changed. Enjoyed several amenities in the neighborhood. Top of the world, 5k and lives seeing the deer and turkeys. Lovely area

Best Holiday Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful. You can tell the owners cares about their property. The little touches went a long way. They even left us a welcome basket. Definitely a great place to stay. The community amenities are fantastic. We loved the pool. The entire community is well maintained. I would come back again.
