    Deze accommodatie ligt in een rustige straat, ongelooflijk dicht bij de waterkant, zonder de prijs aan het water.

    Drie slaapkamers, slaapplaatsen acht (2D, 2X2 S stapelbed), gerenoveerde badkamer en toilet.

    Auto-accommodatie onder huis, tweede badkamer beneden om al het zand weg te spoelen na een lange dag op het strand.

    Elektrische BBQ-borden, schermen, fans, dvd-speler, magnetron, vaatwasser, goed uitgeruste keuken, veranda's rond huis met een goed uitzicht op het water, ideaal voor kinderen.

    Stappen om Sandy Beach en slechts een korte wandeling naar de winkels en Boat Ramp.

    Ga zitten en ontspan op de overdekte veranda's, kijk en geniet van de lokale flora en fauna, een goede achtertuin voor de kinderen om te spelen. Uitstekende vakantie met het gezin naar huis.

Yearenda stay

Kitchen had every convenience, the pantry was a bit rickety and needs to be attached to wall , lovely breeze on veranda but a shame the bedrooms were a bit hot as no fans. Overall a nice stay in a good sized house.

Loved the position, just smelt musty due to old furniture and bedroom doors dont stay shut so no privacy. Otherwise the kids loved the verandah and views so close to the beach/shops/walkways.

Great place!!

We enjoyed holiday with this cozy holiday house. Inside the house tidy and clean.Amazing sunrise from balcony, Kangaroos visiting us every night. We definitely will come again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 2 nights at "Yearenda" found the house to be in a magical location. It is a querky old house which adds to its charm. Unfortunately little things like bedding is a downfall with our children taking the mattress to sleep on the floor as the beds where too uncomfortable. House was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and my wife swept the floors before we unpacked(covered in sand). Lounge chairs could do with an update but you won't fall asleep in front of the Telly. Overall a very pleasant stay in a great location and we had a boat that storing under the house was great. We will be back as value for money I think was fantastic. Just a little disappointing that a few bucks updating furniture and cleanliness has given the house a negative.Although there was a note on the paperwork to turn on the hotwater system a heads up at the time of checkin may have avoided our first shower being cold. A proper BBQ is a must for this place.

Reviewer Comments: GREAT PLACE TO STAY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND ENOUGH ROOM FOR EVERYONE.MAYBE CUT AWAY SOME OF THE DEAD TREES IN FRONT AND MAKE IT OPEN SO THAT YOU CAN SEE THE OCEAN. WOULKD RECOMMEND THIS FOR A BIG FAMILY, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Burrum Heads. The house was in a great position. Conditions inside the house were disappointing. The house is far too cluttered. There is old furniture which may worth money but unsuitable for a rental property and too much of it. Old fashioned furniture gathers dust. Cupboards are full of old "stuff" including old & broken implements, cords. There is enough crockery, cutlery in various cupboards to feed a battalion. I could not find an empty cupboard to put my groceries in. It gives the house a "grubby" feel. New bathroom, fridge and dishwasher -great.

We had a great time at Burrum Heads and we will differently be doing it again . The house was beautiful and airy. Plenty of room.
