'We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which was lovely. The downstairs rooms have a back door that leads to the gorgeous pool area. The room was clean and comfortabel and the staff was lovely and accommodating. And breakfast was great: there are various options to choose from, cooked or not. We only walked around a little, the center isn't very big, but we walked to the beach (approx. 15 minute walk) and it was beautiful there'

'Good location. Had wet marks on carpet on arrival that were not addressed by staff after notified. The unit 8 car park was under a tree which covered the car in leaves and marks. Bleach had been used around entry of unit to clean concrete and the smell was very present in the unit for 2 days… Toilet seat was loose and sliding around and towel rail was not fitted correctly as it fell down at touch.. Basic accomodation from a dog friendly establishment with extra $50 per pet.'

'Internet didn’t work at all in the 4 person cabins which was quite vital for us being on a working holiday. The kitchen could have been better equipped with utensils for the bbq, basics like tongs, salad servers & sharp knives. At $2000 for a week it was quite expensive for a campground right by a very busy highway.'

'Wow! Such an amazing and tranquil stay for just the one night.
The staff are professional and informative, the resort feels quiet and safe and I absolutely love how many available facilities there was.
I would have loved to see the beach club bar open even in winter as the sunset was stunning and our shower and toilet rooms had visible black mould on the ceilings which was a bit concerning. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which I think would go a long way.
