'I like the design of the cabins but the a/c cannot handle the heat of the weather. There are lots of flies in the dining area. We cannot really enjoy the food because of it. The food was not spectacular and not commensurate with the price. There is also not much to see with the price tag. All activities are additional costs. Staff are all nice but I have noticed that after they served the food they just went missing.'

'Seascape resort is something like a bad joke: the room is smaller than a hotel room in Bangkok or Hong Kong, the staff is uninterested and lazy (except for 2 or so sweet people like the breakfast lady in the restaurant), while I was there for 3 days (paid for 4 but left early) my room was not cleaned once and neither was my towel changed. 'The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. 'Staff were helpful and courteous. Room was awful. We booked premium room, but the room was terrible. It did not look similar to the picture that was advertised. The 3rd floor carpeting in the corridor was stained with pet urine and smelled awful. The elevator was tight and looked like it needed maintaining. We found pet excrement in carpeting. The room smelled smoke in a non smoking room and smells pet urine. The curtains were black in color where the original color was...

'Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. '

'Clean, spacious, quiet, modern but old and historic at the same time. Very welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. We ate at both the main restaurant and the pizza place and both were excellent. I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away by the quality of everything. Would definitely stay again if in the area. '
