We welcome you to stay in our beautifully newly renovated countryside retreat set within the peaceful surroundings of Sturt Farm Courtyard, just outside the historic town of Burford.

Thoughtfully restored with comfort and style in mind, this charming home blends contemporary finishes with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal base for a Cotswolds escape!

Our home features a cosy bedroom with a super-king bed, a beautiful bathroom and a bright and welcoming open-plan living area and kitchen, with everything you need for a comfortable stay whether you’re visiting for a weekend break or a longer retreat.

Set in the quiet countryside, enjoy a sense of rural calm while remaining close to Burford, often described as the gateway to the Cotswolds and just down the road from Jeremy Clarkson`s pub, The Farmer`s Dog. Burford’s famous high street is lined with historic buildings, independent shops, traditional pubs and welcoming cafés, while the surrounding area offers beautiful countryside walks, riverside paths and easy access to neighbouring villages such as Bibury, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.

The Livery is an ideal choice for couples, friends or small families seeking a stylish, comfortable and tranquil base from which to enjoy the charm, history and natural beauty of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds.

Please note, we do have a travel cot available to use at this home but mattress and bedding for this is not provided, however you are of course more than welcome to bring your own.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
